OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2009. Irkutsk Regional Administration has announced the results of the open tender for provision of obligatory medical insurance services to the region’s unemployed residents in 2009. This open tender has been won by the insurance company ROSNO-MS, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Throughout the year 2009, ROSNO-MS will be providing insurance protection to the unemployed population in 36 municipalities of the Irkutsk Region.

The company’s employees will control volumes and quality of the medical insurance coverage, explain the insurants’ rights in the obligatory medical insurance system, and track sickness rate among insurants in order to furnish the regional government with recommendations regarding prevention of the most widespread diseases.
