OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 January 2009 was announced, that AvtoKrAZ holding (PFTS: KRAZ) is going to roll out its own dealer network in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan in 2009. The company plans to attract regional partners to develop its network.

According to the statement made by Igor Fomenko, holding CEO in charge of foreign economic activities, the economic crisis affected Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan (in CIS) least of all, therefore, AvtoKrAZ expects to ship to the said countries large lots of its products in 2009.

In 2008 AvtoKrAZ cut its output by 13% – to 3,634 vehicles.
