OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2009. The multiplying factor of a land tax rate established by the City Executive Committee was cancelled in December, 2008, reported the press-centre of FEZ “Grodnoinvest”.

Accordingly the land tax rate for the land plots within the city line for the FEZ “Grodnoinvest” residents in 2009 will be 4096 US dollars per 1 hectare, compared with 8050 US dollars in 2008.

As a result the payback period of the investment projects will be reduced.
