OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 January 2009 was announced, that CenterTelecom has ceased its participation in Svyaz Service Igra. Prior to this move, CenterTelecom’s stake in Svyaz Service Igra stood at 70% and 0% after the change.

CenterTelecom’s withdrew from Svyaz Service Igra in order to optimize the structure of the company’s financial investments.  The decision to discontinue CenterTelecom’s participation in Svyaz Service Igra was approved earlier by the Board of Directors of CenterTelecom.

Svyaz Service Igra was incorporated in 1991.  The company holds licenses for the building and design of level-1 and -2 liability buildings and constructions in accordance with the relevant state standard.  The main types of activity carried out at Svyaz Service Igra are as follows: construction and assembly works; laying telecom lines; works involving the implementation of telecom systems; assembly of technological telecommunications equipment: line cable telecom facilities, stationary cable facilities, including the installation and servicing of mini switching facilities; start-up and adjustment works for telecom equipment; repair of electrical equipment and facilities.
