OREANDA-NEWS. On 21 January 2009 was announced, that the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS of Russia) and OJSC MCC EuroChem accomplishing the functions of the sole executive body of OJSC Kovdorsky GOK have agreed upon the rules for non-discriminatory access to the apatite concentrate produced by OJSC Kovdorsky GOK.

OJSC Kovdorsky GOK will carry out realization of not less than 200 thousand tons of apatite concentrate per year according to the specified rules for external counteragents not incorporated within the group of OJSC MCC EuroChem.

Agreement upon the rules was carried out within the framework of fulfillment of the prescription issued by the FAS of Russia in October of 2008.

After agreement upon the conditions regulating sales of apatite concentrate produced by OJSC Kovdorsky GOK the FAS of Russia does not have any claims against OJSC MCC EuroChem and OJSC Kovdorsky GOK as regard to fulfillment of the prescription of the anti-monopoly authority.
