This figure increased by 156.8% in comparison with 2007. The nu,ber of mobile communication subscribers had increased twice and reached 12.5 mln. people. The export figures had been accomplished for 140,2% against planned. There was attracted 243.87 mln. USD foreign direct investments, which allowed accomplish investment project on 135%.

The number of internet users increased by 122.5% and reached 2.4 mln. people in 2008. The speed of access to international information networs increased by 2.3 times, the number of web sites in the national domain increased by 134% and the number of users digital signatures increased by 2.8 times.
