OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2009. Atomstroyexport CJSC has started state registration of the report on the results of the issue of securities and will subsequently make changes to its charter reflecting increase in its authorized capital.

The decision to increase the authorized capital of Atomstroyexport by placing additional shares was made during a special meeting of the company’s shareholders on Nov 12 2007 and is response to the company’s development and increase in the number of contracts.

Below is the list of the company’s shareholders and their stakes as a result of the placement of additional shares: 
• Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation – 33,297 shares, 78.5362%;
• TVEL OJSC – 564 shares, 1.3303%;
• Gazprombank OJSc – 4,536 shares, 10.6989%;
• Zarubezhatomenergostroy OJSC – 4,000 shares, 9.4346%.
