OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 January 2009 was announced, that steel pipe and wheels company Interpipe will present all regions in Ukraine with a Henri Minzberg book entitled, ‘Rise and Fall of Strategic Planning’, published within the framework of the project, ‘Management decisions library from Interpipe’. The book will be sent to all humanitarian, economic and technical state and national institutes of higher education. Additionally, it will be distributed to all leading national business schools and libraries in Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Novomoskovsk and Nikopol.

Oleg Kuzmin, Interpipe’s Director of Corporate Affairs, said: “Giving this book to high schools and libraries is the next logical step for the advancement of our Management decisions library project. With this gesture, our company furthers the development of education and new knowledge in management for future Ukrainian managers”.

In line with the project, the Henri Minzburg book has been published in the Ukrainian language for the first time. The newly translated series, will include the work of leading international management practices, and offer non-traditional, but proven market approaches to strategic business objectives.
