On January 16, 2009 Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter on payment of the fourth coupon interest to holders of its mortgage bonds KZPC4Y10B547 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of "Non-rated Debt Securities", KZIKb16; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; January 15, 07 - January 15, 17; the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation rate, 7.50 % APR for the reporting period), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the mentioned message the interest was paid in the amount of KZT180,937,500.00.
