OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 January 2009 was announced, that the issue of 1,300.175mn shares of Prominvestbank (PIB) was registered by the Securities and Stock market State Commission. This equates to 75% of the bank's charter fund and was purchased by Russian Vnesheconombank for UAH 1.3bn. The purchase also foresees the investment of around UAH 7bn in the accounts of PIB.
