According to the extract:

- the total number of announced shares of the company (only common KZ1C36600019) makes up 1,000 units;

- all shares of the company are offered;

- the sole person, who owns company shares in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares of the company is CENTRAL ASIA CEMENT HOLDING BV (Netherlands), which owns all offered shares of the company.
