OREANDA-NEWS. January 16, 2009. The Moscow International Currency Association summed up results of 2008 in respect to the DELTA System. BTA Bank has taken the first place in the Top-20 most active operators of the system in terms of the USD_O/N instrument. The rating was made with the use of the criterion of the largest volume of effected transactions over the year, reported the press-centre of BTA Bank.

BTA Bank took the 9th position in the TOP-100 most active operators of the system in terms of the RUB_O/N instrument according to the 2008 outcome.

According to the traditional contest poll, conducted by the Association, over the results of the year, dealing of BTA Bank was granted the honored 3rd place, among 150 leading financial dealers, in the The Best Money Desk 2008 Nomination, and the Bank’s dealer, Mikhail Likhachiov, took the 16th place in the The Best Money Dealer 2008 Nomination.
 
The DELTA System is the leading electronic trade floor in the Russian interbank money market, which numbers 200 Russian banks. BTA Bank has  operated in the DELTA System since September, 2007.
