All that is needed, on the part of subscriber, is to follow the instructions printed on the setup disk casing and hints on PC’s display. Setting up of equipment is carried out in automatic mode Plug & Play, on the analogy of connection to PC of any new devices. The system will identify the new equipment independently and will carry out all the necessary configurations, reducing participation of a user to a minimum.

Another COMSTAR’s innovation is specific software "STREAM. Agent", which is installed to user’s PC in the process of autotuning of connection to the Internet. This program helps subscriber to administrate STREAM services easily and to obtain operating information relating to personal account status, and also to receive company’s news in on-line mode. In due time "STREAM. Agent" will remind a subscriber when it is a high time to top up. It is also possible to connect additional services, using this Agent. At the same time, it is not even necessary to login to the personal account on the web site. With the help of ergonomic interface all the information is displayed directly on PC’s by means of single keystroke.
