OREANDA-NEWS. On 15 January 2009 was announced, that at the EGM, held on 14 December, bank Forum < FORM UZ Buy > approved its charter fund issue of UAH 638.6mn or 39% to UAH 2259.6mn. In particular, the bank issued 63,858mn of ordinary nominal shares at par of UAH 10, which were placed among FORM's shareholders. According to Forum, the funds from the share issue will be directed to the further development of the bank. Previously, on 25 September, the bank announced its intentions to raise UAH 750mn via an additional share issue.
