OREANDA-NEWS. On 15 January 2009 was announced, that the State Property Fund of Ukraine has decided to sell 11% of the Mariupol Heavy Machinery Plant < MZVM UZ UR >. The SPF plans to sell 1,692,620 ordinary shares with a par value UAH 0.25 via competition on the Innex stock exchange on February 18. As Ukrainian News reported, the SPF estimated 11% of the MZVM shares at UAH 6.769mn in October 2008.
