On January 12, 2009 REMIX-R (Almaty, hereinafter - the company) provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official letter of January 9, 2009, where informs on delay of the second coupon interest payment to holders of its bonds KZ2C0Y05C762 (KASE official list, the second subcategory of "Non-rated Debt Securities", RMXRb1; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn.; December 29, 07 - December 29, 12, the semi-annual coupon 12.00 % APR). This interest must have been paid by the company in December 29, 2008 - January 7, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

In its letter the company informs that it can not fulfill obligations to holders of mentioned bonds "due to temporary financial difficulties", and promises "to pay the coupon and fine for the delay till February 14, 2009 in compliance with bonds Prospectus".
