OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2009. A Gazprom Board of Directors’ meeting has been held in absentia.

The Board of Directors elected Olga Pavlova, Head of the Asset Management and Corporate Relations Department as Member of the Company’s Management Committee for a 5-year term.

Background:

Olga Pavlova was born in 1953 in Vladivostok.

In 1976 she graduated from the faculty of law with the Far East State University and in 1980 completed postgraduate studies with the Leningrad State University. PhD in Law.

In 1994-1996 O. Pavlova was First Deputy Chairman of the Municipal Property Management Committee at St. Petersburg’s Mayor’s Office. In 1996-2002 she was engaged in teaching activities.

In 2002 appointed as Deputy Head of the Economic Directorate with the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.

Since 2003 – Head of Gazprom’s Asset Management and Corporate Relations Department. In 2004 elected as Member of the Company’s Management Committee.
