OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2009. Due to the planned ownership structure reorganization of OJSC "RODOVID BANK", changes in the Management Board of RODOVID BANK took place.

According to the Supervisory Board of OJSC "RODOVID BANK" decision, Mr. Dmytro Egorenko is appointed as acting Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "RODOVID BANK".

Mr. Dmytro Egorenko will work as acting Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "RODOVID BANK" till approval of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

Mr. Dmytro Egorenko works in RODOVID BANK since 2004 and holds position of the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Mr. Denys Gorbunenko keeps being a shareholder of RODOVID BANK.
