Poltava Mining Changed Its Shareholders Structure
OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 January 2009 was announced, that DCM DECOmetal (Austria) withdrew from the shareholders of Poltava Mining (PFTS: PGOK). A 6.41% stake in the Ukrainian enterprise owned by the Austrian company was sold to the issuer.
Withdrawal of DCM DECOmetal from the company shareholders was announced at the general meeting held December 30, 2008. The officials of Poltava Mining informed the decision on shares redeemed from the Austrians will be taken by the board within 12 months after their redemption.
We must say that DCM DECOmetal was the shareholder of Poltava Mining from October 2003 and acted as an intermediate in selling of the Ukrainian company goods to some foreign clients. After the deal is finalized, the parties expect to preserve their business relations.
