Mirax Group Announced Changes in Shareholding Structure
OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 January 2009 Alexey Adikayev announced his decision to withdraw from the Board of Directors of MIRAX GROUP. The resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors. The withdrawing director's share was bought out by the other shareholders.
Alexey Adikayev owned 3% of MIRAX GROUP, 78% belonged to Sergey Polonsky, 10% to Arthur Kirilenko, and the partners Dmitry Lutsenko, Maxim Teminkov, and Maxim Privesentsev owned 3% each. Alexey Adikayev was born on June 25, 1974 in Leningrad. In 1997 he graduated from the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute. He has been working for the MIRAX GROUP Corporation since November 2002. Until 1 October 2006 he discharged the duties of Vice-President for development.
Sergey Polonsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MIRAX GROUP says: "Alexey Adikayev has done a lot for the corporation, which includes his management of such huge projects as construction of the residential complexes Mirax Park, Dubrovka Well House, and Taganka House. I appreciate Alexey's input in the corporation's development and I wish him every success!"
