OREANDA-NEWS. On 14 January 2009 was announced, that according to the business news by PRIME TASS, Ingosstrakh is going to put the resolution made by the Federal Antimonopoly Service regarding the rearrangement of a tender for compulsory civil liability motor insurance services for the Headquarters of the Armored Vehicles Department of the Defense Ministry. However, the news released by PRIME TASS contains misstatements.

Ingosstrakh has no claims against the FAS and the Headquarters of the Armored Vehicles Department of the RF Defense Ministry as regards civil liability motor insurance services in 2008, and has not laid any action regarding this matter.

In fact, on December 30, 2008 Ingosstrakh filed a claim against the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and the RF Defense Ministry regarding the performance of the client’s tender board (the client being the RF Defense Ministry represented by the Headquarters of the Armored Vehicles Department (troop unit No 93603)) during the open tender for compulsory civil liability motor insurance services for the RF Defense Ministry in 2009.  The insurance company also filed a similar claim to the Moscow Arbitration Court.
