On January 13, 2009 President Victor Yushchenko held a consultative meeting with National Bank Chairman Volodymyr Stelmakh, Minister of Finance Viktor Pynzenyk and representatives of commercial banks on the situation at currency and credit markets, reported the Official website www.president.gov.ua.

At the meeting sides have discussed such subjects as currency exchange rate, banks system liquidity and refinancing of commercial banks.
