OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2009. The events within the visit of Estonian President Henrik Ilves to Azerbaijan are ongoing in Baku city.

The presidential press-service informs that today Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev and Estonia’s President Henrik Ilves signed a joint declaration. At the same time President Aliyev stressed Estonia’s support to Azerbaijan within regulation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and hopes this visit would positively impact on development of the bilateral relations in politic, economic and other fields.

Henrik Ilves noted holding of the bilateral business forum and Azerbaijan’s role in providing the global energy security.

Also today Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Artur Rasizadeh organized a festive dinner for Estonia’s President.
