OREANDA-NEWS. On January 09, 2009 Astana-Nedvizhimost (Astana), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter on  changes made in its charter, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The mentioned change relates to the size and periodicity of dividends payment on  Astana-Nedvizhimost preferred shares.
