Megabank Long-Term Credit and Bond Ratings Affirmed
OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2009. Credit Rating, a credit rating agency, affirmed Megabank's long-term credit and Series C, D, E, F Bond rating as uaA - stable, according to the national rating system, reported the press-centre of Megabank.
The rater updated and affirmed Megabank's rating based on the financials and internal data provided by Megabank during the rating procedure.
Any indebted entity or a debt security with uaA rating is considered to have HIGH credit quality versus other domestic entities or securities, whereas the credit quality is sensitive to adverse change of commercial, financial and economic environment.
Signs + and - are sublevels of the key ratings. "Stable" investment grade signifies that the credit quality is unlikely to have any ground to be revised within the year.
Series C Bond terms:
Issue amount – UAH 10,000,000;
Term to maturity – 911 calendar days, November 01, 2006 through April 30, 2009 inclusive;
Interest rate for ninth through tenth coupon periods – 15.0%.
Series D Bond terms:
Issue amount – UAH 15,000,000;
Term to maturity – 1,095 calendar days, November 1, 2006 through October 31, 2009 inclusive;
Interest rate for ninth through twelfth coupon periods – 16.0%.
Series E Bond terms:
Issue amount – UAH 100,000,000;
Par value – UAH 1,000;
Term to maturity – 1,096 calendar days, December 10, 2007 through December10, 2010 inclusive;
Coupon – 18.0% (rate of interest for fifth through eighth and ninth through twelfth coupon periods is set out by the Supervisory of the Bank);
Coupon payment – quarterly;
Put dates – 2 (8.12.2008, 7.12.2009);
Third party insurance agreement against Issuer defaulting the redemption with LEMA insurance company is additional security of the bonds.
Series F Bond terms:
Issue amount – UAH 100,000,000;
Par value – UAH 1,000;
Term to maturity – 1,096 calendar days, February 4 2008 through February 4, 2011;
Coupon – 13.75% (for first through fourth coupon periods) and rate of interest for fifth through eighth, and ninth through twelfth coupon periods is set out by the Supervisory Board of the Issuer;
Coupon payment – quarterly;
Put dates – 2 (2.02.2009 and 1.02.2010).
