OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 January 2009 was announced, that Magadansky Branch of OJSC Far East Telecom is headed by Sergey Vlasov who had previously taken the position of Chief of Vladivostok Telecom Center at OJSC Far East Telecom Primorsky Branch.

Sergey Vladimirovich Vlasov was born on May 15, 1960 in Novoselovo settlement, Krasnoyarsk region.

In 1982 he graduated from Abakan State Teaching Institute, qualified as Teacher of Physics and Mathematics.

In 2000 graduated from Baltic State Technical University with major in economy and management. In 1996-1999 Sergey Vlasov took the office of Director at Yagodninsky Inter-Industry Production Housing, Public Utilities and Power Industry Company.

In 1999-2000 Mr. Vlasov worked as a Chief Engineer of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Yagodninsky Production Factory.

From 2000 to 2008 he was promoted consecutively to the positions of Deputy Head, Telephone Line Repair and Support Center Manager, Yagodninsky Telecom Center Head, Chief Engineer and Chief of Khasynsky Telecom Center; Chief of Okhotsky Telecom Center, and Head of Unified Billing and Service Center at OJSC Far East Telecom Magadansky Branch.

From June 2008 to January 2009 Sergey Vlasov took the office of Chief of Vladivostok Telecom Center at OJSC Far East Telecom Primorsky Branch.
