OREANDA-NEWS. The public offer of AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” ordinary bearer shares ended on January 6th 2009, during which the shareholders and investors were offered to acquire 5`000`000 new issue shares. Within the public offer 10 shares were subscribed and fully paid, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

According to the AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” shareholders` meeting decision, the issue is considered to be happen in incomplete amount.

At the same time the biggest shareholder of the bank AB Bankas “Snoras” has addressed the AS ”Latvijas Krajbanka” board with a suggestion to perform all necessary activities to continue the issue process.
