OREANDA-NEWS. From 5 January Ukio bankas increases interest rates on time deposits for both private and corporate clients, reported the press-centre of Ukio bankas.

Clients, placing a time deposit in the Litas for a 12-month and longer term, will receive the highest interest – 10 percent. The Bank will pay 9 percent in annual interest on deposits placed for the period of 6 to 11 months. Time deposits placed in the Litas for 1 to 5 months will yield the interest of 8.6 percent.

Time deposits placed via the system Eta bankas will yield yet higher interest – interest on 1-12 month time deposits grows by 0.1 percent and annual interest on deposits placed for a 12-month and longer term increases by 0.2 percent.
