DnB NORD Bankas Revises Deposit Rates
OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2009. Taking into account changes on international and domestic money markets AB DnB NORD Bankas, a member of international financial group shall change individual and corporate time deposit rates, reported the press-centre of DnB NORD Bankas.
Starting January 6th AB DnB NORD Bankas shall pay 0.52 percentage point higher rates to individual customers on over one month maturity litas time deposits. The highest rates shall be paid for term deposits in litas with the maturity of 3, 6 and 12 months.
For term deposits in euro AB DnB NORD Bankas shall pay to individual customers 0.05 percentage point higher rates on average for deposits with maturity up to one month and over one year.
For term deposits in US dollars with a maturity of less than three months AB DnB NORD bankas shall pay 0.07 percentage point lower rates.
AB DnB NORD Bankas pays 0.25 percentage point premium on standard rates on deposits placed via Internet for both corporate and private customers.
The shortest term to place deposit in AB DnB NORD Bankas is two days when using the bank’s internet banking system and 30 days when placing the deposit in the bank’s outlet.
Customer deposits held within AB DnB NORD Bankas are secured by the state company “Deposit and Investment Insurance” in accordance with the Law on Insurance of Deposits and Liabilities to Investors of the Republic of Lithuania.
