OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2009. Azerpocht State Enterprise of Azerbaijan Republic Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies started to apply new telegram sending technologies.

The Ministry informed that for the first time punctuation marks are indicated in telegrams.

“Earlier punctuation marks were replaced with letters, but now we can see all the punctuation marks in telegrams. The new technology is already applied,” it was informed.

All programming for new technology was implemented by Azerpocht jointly with the Ministry’s Calculation and Information Center.
