OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 January 2008 was announced, that an office building with a car park is to be under construction in south Moscow during 4 years, a source from City Hall said.

“The city government permitted a joint stock company producing pneumatic equipment and pneumatic automation means used for designing and engineering to develop an office building with a car park on 14 Kozhevnicheskaya Street from 2008 to 2012,” the official noted.

According to him, the total area of the object is to be approximately 19,500 sq m, including the superstructure with the area of roughly 14,000 sq m and the substructure with the area of roughly 5,500 sq m.

“The rental payment for the first year starting from the moment of having the contract for leasing the plot made was set at 280 million roubles (~USD 9.5 million) and 1.5 per cent of the cadastral value of the plot scheduled to be paid by the equal parts per quarter,” the source added.
