OREANDA-NEWS. January 05, 2009. Within the framework of cooperation program with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) “UkrSibbank” offers its clients-legal entities to take advantage of loans under 20% in USD, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

“UkrSibbank” is among few banks that carry on financing Ukrainian entrepreneurs despite instability on the market. Currently, we offer our clients the lending program with quite favorable conditions: 20% p.a. in USD. The loan can be rendered for a period of up to 7 years with a grace period of up to 1.5 year. Maximum amount of loan makes up USD 3 mln., emphasized Vladlen Dyedkov, Head of SME Department. In addition to the loan at beneficial rate, the client also gets the certificate verifying that the business is conducted properly and in compliance with the environment protection standards recognized by EBRD”.

Within the scope of cooperation program with EBRD, “UkrSibbank” has currently rendered loans to entrepreneurs for a total amount of USD 15 mln. The Bank finances up to 70% of the total cost of the project. Purchased property as well as real estate belonging to the borrower may secure the loan.

“UkrSibbank” is set for long-term maintenance and development of SME clients by making favorable offers at lending market.
