S7 Begins to Operate Flights on Boeing 767-300 from Moscow to Irkutsk
OREANDA-NEWS. December 29, 2008. S7 Airlines announced the use of a Boeing 767-300 long-range airliner for the first time on the Moscow Irkutsk route, reported the press-centre of S7 Airlines.
Flights between Moscow and Irkutsk on the Boeing 767-300ER will begin on January 1, 2009. Daily flights from Moscow to Irkutsk are currently operated on an Airbus A310.
S7 continues to use its best airplanes on key routes.
The wide-body Boeing 767-300ER airliner has a spacious seating arrangement that makes long-distance flights as comfortable as can be. The business-class section has 18 seats and the economy-class section 222. The seats are arranged according to a 2-3-2 scheme in the economy-class section and 2-2-2 in the business-class section.
In December 2008, S7’s Boeing 767-300ER also began to be flown between Moscow and Khabarovsk.
