OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 December 2008 was announced, that TMM Company is getting through the last stage of putting its "Topaz" business-class residential complex, located at 4, Chernovola St, into operation. State Commissioning Committee is finishing its work at the "Topaz" project. The documentation for the object commissioning is submitted for approval to the executive authorities of Zhitomyr.

Currently construction-assembling works in "Topaz" complex have been completed. Roof boiler house has been installed and autonomous heating system of the complex has been started.

"Topaz" residential complex is the first object of business-class residential property in Zhitomyr located in Korolivskiy district, which is the central and historical part of the city. The total area of the residential complex is 6,8 thousand square meters, including 4,7 thousand square meters of residential useable area. "Topaz" residential complex is 9-10-storeyed building. The complex is designed for 44 apartments, the area of which varies from 75 to 220 thousand square meters.

Commercial and office premises are on the first floor of the "Topaz" residential complex. Among the infrastructure facilities there is ground guest parking and underground parking for 38 cars, which is the unique underground parking in residential house for Zhitomyr.
