On 30 December 2008 was announced, that Mykola Tolmachov, General Director of TMM Company, was named among 3 the most successful managers of construction industry of Ukraine, according to the results of 'Guard of Managers 2008. Rating of the Most Successful Managers', the branch rating.

Mykola Tolmachov is the General Director and the main founder of TMM Company. Under his management TMM has successfully completed and put into operation 23 real estate objects located in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Yalta. The total area of projects completed by TMM within the 15 years is over 450 thousand square meters. At present TMM is constructing 11 real estate objects with the total area of 410 thousand square meters. Over 3 million square meters are under development.

As informed earlier, Mykola Tolmachov became the winner of 'Innovative Business Ideas' category of the national round of 'Entrepreneur of the Year 2008' world's most prestigious business awards, held by Ernst & Young. He also was named among '10 Best Top-Managers of Ukraine' in the special project '10 Best TOP-Managers of Ukraine 2008', rating carried out by 'Companion' magazine.

'Guard of Managers' rating is held by 'Guard' rating magazine in association with its Expert board. The rating is based on the respondents' questioning (top-managers of the leading economic branches) and independent valuation of Expert board's members. 'Guard of Managers' is compiled on the basis of system integrated approach, which is used in the course of evaluation. This approach considers all the factors concerning manager's reputation and professionalism, including management effectiveness, products marketability and quality, interpersonal skills, level of social responsibility and business reputation etc.
