OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 December 2008 was announced, that TMM received trade mark registration certificates for the 3 company's residential real estate objects. Trade mark registration certificates were issued by the State Department of Intellectual Property to the 'Aviator' (Certificate N 99387) and 'Green Town' (Certificate N 99388) residential complexes as well as to 'Druzhba' residential building (Certificate N 99386).

The official naming of TMM's residential complexes is the final stage of the company's marketing initiatives implementation which envisage branding of 3 real estate objects located in Kiev ('Aviator' residential complex) and Kharkiv ('Green Town' residential complex and 'Druzhba' residential building). Registered trade marks fully correspond to the earlier developed concepts on TMM' residential real estate objects positioning.

'Aviator' residential complex, located at 22-28, Komarova Ave in Kyiv, is TMM's real estate object under construction. The total area of 'Aviator' complex is 26.7 thousand square meters. 'Aviator' consists of two united 22-storeyed residential sections and a separate 2-4-storeyed building with commercial premises. The construction of the complex is planned to be completed in 2009. As of 1 December, 2008 the volume of estimate performance for construction of the 'Aviator' residential complex is 55.3% of the planned construction cost.

'Green Town' residential complex, located on Akhsarova Str. (microdistrict 337) in Kharkiv, is TMM's residential real estate object under construction. The total area of 'Green Town' is 25.6 thousand square meters. The construction of the complex is planned to be completed in 2009. As of 1 December, 2008 the volume of estimate performance for the first construction stage of the 'Green Town' residential complex is 87% of the planned construction cost; for the second construction stage – 50%.

'Druzhba' residential building is located at 238, Druzhby Narodiv Str. in Kharkiv. 'Druzhba' was put into operation in 2007. The total area of the 9-storeyed residential building is 19.8 thousand square meters.
