OREANDA-NEWS. December 25, 2008. Commercial UNIBANK announced a tender of bids for buying a trade-commercial center, a bank pledge on Gait-Exim SRL, including a trade complex, office and storage premises, two car washes, an automobile diagnostic workshop. The center is located in Balti city, on the busy Chisinau-Chernovtsy highway, reported the press-centre of UNIBANK.

The center is situated on a privatized land plot 11,272 square meters large. The total area of warehouses and other premises is 5,267 square meters.

The center can be used not only for storing and/or selling of goods, but also for: goods' customs procedures, certification, formation of assortment and shipment of goods across Moldova and abroad. There is a possibility to realize goods directly from the center's territory by means of wholesaling and small-size wholesaling of any groups of goods.

The starting price for bargaining is 32.5 million lei.
