Applications for taking part in this programme could be submitted only by winners of regional quality competitions “Best Altay Product” and “Best Service”. Besides, this year organizers of the competition decided to introduce additional terms of participation in the programme for food products. It was mandatory to produce the set of documents confirming that the products do not contain GM-ingredients or contain only the tolerance quantity.
“Our mills in the Altay and Krasnoyarsk Territories produce flour solely from the local grain crop, which is famous for its quality characteristics all over the country. Due to conditioning of grain, PAVA flour has enhanced whiteness and improved gluten.
