OREANDA-NEWS. On December 24, 2008  Credit partnership ORDA credit (Shymkent), bonds of which are trading in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE in a letter that the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders was held on December 3, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

At the meeting the shareholders made a decision to take a credit providing as a collateral real estate of the credit partnership. Organizational matters were considered and revised internal provisions of the credit partnership were approved. In regard of opening of the bank a decision on rectification of shortcomings identified by the authorized agency and further work was made.
