OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2008.  The insurance company ROSNO-MS has won the open tender for provision of obligatory medical insurance services to the unemployed residents of Arkhangelsk Region and Nenets Autonomous Okrug in 2009. The tender was held by the Healthcare Department of Arkhangelsk Region, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Following its victory in the tender, ROSNO-MS will for the fifth consecutive year continue providing insurance protection to the unemployed residents of the half of all districts comprising the region, as well as the cities of Severodvinsk and Plesetsk. ROSNO-MS employees will monitor volumes and quality of the provided medical care, explain the insurants’ rights in the obligatory medical insurance system, and track sickness rate among insurants in order to provide recommendations regarding prevention of the most widespread diseases.

Furthermore, ROSNO-MS will provide insurance protection to the residents of the island Novaya Zemlya. Therefore, within the obligatory medical insurance system, the insurance company ROSNO-MS is an insurer that is closer than others to the North Pole, where Santa lives.
