The Board of Directors affirmed annual financial plan of Joint Stock Commercial AK BARS Bank for 2009. Issues of holding the annual tender for obligatory auditing of AK BARS Bank were discussed at the meeting.

The members of the Board of Directors ratified the Articles 'About the procedure of the market risks management of 'AK BARS Bank' and Activity plan of the Service of internal control for 2009.

Moreover, the Board of Directors confirmed the date of holding extraordinary general meeting of stockholders of the Bank due to introduction of modifications into the Statute of Joint Stock Commercial AK BARS Bank and the necessity of state registration of the new edition of the Statute in the National Bank of the Republic of Tatarstan.
