OREANDA-NEWS. December 26, 2008.  Director General of Energoatom Concern OJSC Sergey Obozov appointed Oleg Lebedev as Head of the Directorate for the Construction of Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant-2 Oleg Lebedev. Before the appointment Lebedev was acting head of the directorate. 

Oleg Lebedev was born in 1969. In 1991 he graduated from the Power Engineering Department Pushkin Radio-Electronics College, in 1999 – from the Economics Department of the North-Western Academy of State Administration. In 1993–1998 Lebedev was senior engineer for turbine operation of Leningrad NPP. In 1999–2000 he was director general of Karmon company, Feb 2003-June 2006 – deputy director of CDBM-2, from June 2006 till Sept 2007 – the first deputy head of the capital construction department of Leningrad NPP.

In Sept 2007 Lebedev was appointed as acting head of the Directorate for the Construction of Leningrad NPP-2 (branch of Energoatom Concern OJSC). Lebedev has worked in the nuclear industry for 20 years already.
