OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 December 2008 was announced, that General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC Evgeny Makarov made the decision on entering in the Roll of Honour of the company Head of the Department of Management of Tariffs for Electric Energy Transmission Services, Tariff Design Department, Yelena Velichko. High indicators in Yelena Ivanovna's industrial activity became the basis for this decision.

At the solemn ceremony devoted to the Power Man's Day Evgeny Makarov congratulated the first employee who  'opened' the Roll of Honour  of the company.

Yelena Velichko has been working in the company since 2006. She has been managing the Department of Management of Tariffs for Electric Energy Transmission Services, Tariff Design Department, for a year, and for this time she managed to create an effective mechanism of business ties and mutual relations aimed at achievement of high-results objectives of the company. The colleagues say that Yelena Velichko is an authoritative expert in the area who has a creative approach to business. She is always in the course of last events in the electric power industry and is able to see the problems in a complex and expect their occurrence.

Yelena Ivanovna graduated from Smolensk Agricultural Institute. She started her career in   1998 as economist in Smolensk Agricultural Industrial Corporation, JSC; later she worked in the State Committee of Environmental Protection, Smolensk Region, and in  Open Society "Smolensk agroindustrial corporation" then worked in the State committee on preservation of the environment of Smolensk area, and in Smolenskoblkummunergo  steam and hot water supply company. In 2005 she started working in Smolenskenergo, JSC. The company's top managers noticed success in E.I.Velichko's activity and invited her to the Executive Body of IDGC of Centre and Northern Caucasus, JSC (nowadays IDGC of Centre).

Proposals on entering on the Roll of Honour of IDGC of Centre are considered once a year and usually take place on the eve of Power Engineer's Day on 22 December.  The company's Roll of Honour consists of twelve names of people: from each branch one best employee is presented, and also one employee is put forward from the executive device.

Belgorodenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC, is represented by Andrei Andreyevich Skuba, electrical engineer on operation of distribution networks Shebekino Electric Networks Zone, Southern Electric Networks production department of the branch.

Bryanskenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC, is represented by Sergei Nikolayevich Yakovenko, Deputy Head of Bryansk Electric Networks Zone, Eastern Electric Networks production department of the branch.

Voronezhenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC, is represented on the Roll of Honour of IDGC of Centre by Sergei Nikolayevich Demidov, Head of the Service of Industrial Inspection and Labour Safety of the branch's executive body.

Kostromaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC: Alexei Alexandrovich Orlov, Head of the Economic Department of the branch.

Kurskenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC:  Nikolai Igorevich Golitsyn, director for Integrated Systems of Management of the branch.

Lipetskenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC: Kosolapov Alexander Borisovich, Deputy Director for Development and Performance of Services of the branch.

Orelenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC: Gennady Nikolayevich Gneushev, electrical engineer on operation of distribution networks at Uritsk ENZ of Orel Electric Networks production department of the branch.

Smolenskenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC: Vassily Danilovich Korenyushkin, Chief Engineer of Southern Electric Networks production department  of the branch.

Tambovenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC: Oleg Viktorovich Varlamov, Head of Gavrilovsky ENZ of Kirsanovsky Electric Networks productin department of the branch.

 Yury Alexeevich Kokorin, electrical engineer of the operative dispatch team of the Service of substations of Tver Electric Networks production department  represents Tverenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC.

Yury Sionievich Kostrov, Deputy Chief Engineer of Rybinsk industrial branch represents Yarenergo, a branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC.

The Roll of Honour was established so that people who have brought a powerful contribution to improvement of activities and, thus development of Russian power industry, have received a wide popularity.
