OREANDA-NEWS. On December 22, 2008 Absolut Bank Board of Directors took a decision on bonds placement and approved a Decision on issuing CB Absolut Bank bonds of series 03 and 04, reported the press-centre of Absolut Bank.

The total volume of two issues equals 10 bln. roubles, – 5 bln. roubles each. The term of bond circulation of the third and fourth issues makes 3 and 5 years respectively.

Bonds are to be placed at MICEX by public offering at a nominal value of 1,000 roubles per each bond.
