OREANDA-NEWS. The results of the contest were summed up by an inter-department commission chaired by the first deputy governor of Tver region Vasily Toloko on Dec 23 2008, the chief inspector of Kalinin NPP Alexander Shalyapin said during a seminar on development of individual protection means on Dec 24 2008.

“Kalinin NPP has been granted a cup and a certificate confirming its first place among the industrial companies of the region. That is our common work has been highly evaluated and we are happy,” Shalyapin said.

18 enterprises and 4 labor protection training organizations took part in the contest in the following nominations: industrial companies, non-industrial organizations, the best training center, the best labor protection specialist.

It was the first such contest in Tver region. It is aimed at presenting the best achievements in the field of occupational health and safety.
