OREANDA-NEWS. December 25, 2008.  A conference-seminar for the heads of the information technologies services of Atomenergoprom OJSC took place on Dec 8–11 2008. The event was organized by Atomenergoprom and Informzaschita.

During the first two days the conferees discussed the work of Atomenergoprom’s IT services. On Dec 8 they heard reports on the business-architecture of Atomenergoprom, the corporate IT concept of Atomenergoprom, IT outsourcing services, corporate IT systems for support of business processes of Atomenergoprom. The agenda of the conference included meetings of the Council of Heads of IT Services and the Council of Chief Designers of IT Systems of Atomenergoprom.

On the second day the biggest suppliers of IT solutions such as Microsoft, SAP, HP, EMC, Inline Group, Computel and Intertex presented their products, technologies and solutions designed for use by Atomenergoprom companies while specialists of Informzaschita told the conferees about their complex solutions for ensuring the information security of the holding.

The last day of the conference was dedicated to the problem of state regulation of the field of information protection, particularly, the problem of protection of personal data.

During a seminar on security the conferees discussed the ways to build secure corporate data transfer system, the results of analysis of information safety of Atomenergoprom companies, regulation of identification, access and electronic rights.
