OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 December 2008 was announced, that thus, there are now 32 Customer Service Centres within IDGC of Centre, JSC footprint.

Head of the Lipetsk Administration Mikhail Gulevsky, Head of the Energy and Tariff Administration of the Lipetsk Region Vladimir Chukhinin and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Deputies of the city Fyodor Zhigarov were honourary guests at the event.

“One of the main principles of a successful work of our company is orientation to customers”, said Director of Lipetskenergo, an IDGC of Centre, JSC branch, Alexander Konanykhin in his greeting word. “We try to simplify as much as possible work with customers, make it clear and effective. For this purpose today we are opening a new Customer Service Centre. Now the Lipetsk people can quickly solve at the CSC all electricity supply issues”.

Now the project includes not only Lipetskenergo, but also its departments – Corporate Service Systems, JSC and Energobalance–Centre, ltd, the front offices of which are situated in the CSC premises. The CSC core activities include work with legal and physical persons on conclusion of contracts on connection to electric networks, reception of applications on check and replacement of electric meters and offer of consulting services on energy supply.

The new CSC is situated in 14B, Nedelina St, and it works from 08.00 till 19.00 from Monday to Friday.
