OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2008. In a general challenging global economic environment, the Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC Ukrsibbank, Mr. Oleksandr Yevgeniyovych Adarich, has resigned today from all of his functions within the Bank due to divergences of views over the management of the bank, reported the press-centre of Ukrsibbank.

For an interim period the functions of the Chairman of the Management Board have been transferred to Mr. Naoumov.

Mr. Naoumov joined the Bank in 2006 and is a member of the Management Board.
A shareholders meeting will be convened shortly to elect Mr. Naoumov as Chairman of the Management Board subject to the prior approval by the NBU.

This reorganization is unanimously supported by the shareholders of Ukrsibbank.
