OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2008. The Federal Administrative Service (FAS Russia) imposed administrative charges upon "Fora-Pharm" Ltd. for violating Clause 1 Part 1 Article 25 and Clause 6 Part 5 Article 5 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" by advertising "Okeanol", "Verbena - chistye sosudy" and "Amarantus" dietary supplements as well as "Sustavit-forte" cr?me and "Gelenvel" gel on "Radio Rossia", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

For each of the violations FAS Russia imposed an administrative fine 50 000 Rubles upon "Fora-Pharm" Ltd.; the total amount of fine is 250 000 Rubles
