OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2008.   Moscow metro is to be open for passengers until 2 a.m. on the nights of December 31, 2008/January 1, 2009 and January 6/7, 2009.

The operating regime of several stations is going to change during the celebrations on the night of December 31, 2008/January 1, 2009. If passenger flow is extensive, Lubyanka, Kitay-Gorod, Kuznetsky Most, Ploshchad’ Revolutsii, Okhotny ryad, Teatral’naya, Chekhovskaya, Pushkinskaya, Tverskaya, Aleksandrovsky sad, Borovitskaya, Mayakovskaya stations may be exit and interchange only.
